For the 5th year, the City Council adopted an annual business plan with performance expectations for the City to be completed in the upcoming year. Under the leadership of City Manager Nancy Kerry, the City Council has conducted visioning retreats, set priorities and goals and annually adopted a business plan and reviewed progress toward achievement of goals.
