City Manager, Nancy Kerry presented the City’s annual Five-Year Financial Forecast to the South Lake Tahoe City Council on May 16, 2017. As reported by Lake Tahoe News, , Kerry states the City is in good financial shape at the time of the presentation, but she sounds the alarm on escalating pension costs rising at a rate that the city, like other municipalities, will not be able to fund without cutting services.
